It allows market participants, including cash and futures traders, growers, transportation sources and others, the ability to instantly see county-by-county crop yields and how they compare to historical norms.

Spectrayield is a service of FarmLink, a division of MachineryLink. FarmLink technology is employed on a fleet of over 200 combines that each make multiple harvest stops across the United States crop growing areas. This technology gathers data for use on the farm. Yield data is captured and aggregated within an entire county, so individual farm data remains confidential.
